Free Chapel College College is the leadership and ministry training school of Free Chapel, located in the heart of Orange County, California. We exist to help train and release students into their God-given purpose, no matter what career path they choose. We offer students the opportunity to start, or continue, their education through biblically-based instruction and practical ministry experience, all while being fully immersed in the culture of Free Chapel Orange County. It’s not a traditional path, but you were never called to live a traditional life.

Lay a foundation for lifelong learning with a biblically-based education. Through classes, study sessions, and seminars, students will grow in their understanding of God’s word and the Christian worldview.
Excellence in education goes beyond the classroom and into practical application. We provide students with the opportunity to practice what they learn by leading across one of eight different practical ministry tracks.
Championing the call in every person, students will be immersed in personal discipleship, mentorship, authentic community, and a joy-filled college experience.

Yes, Vanguard University has regional accreditation by the Western Association of Colleges and Schools Commission on Colleges to award associate, baccalaureate, and masters degrees. For more information about Vanguard University, see the link below: https://www.vanguard.edu

Each program is different, but the process begins with each candidate filling out an online application at freechapelcollegeoc.org/apply. Once that is complete, the Free Chapel College team will reach out to schedule a video or in-person interview.

Free Chapel College offers rolling admission for all programs — meaning that you are able to apply year-round and begin at the next enrollment period.

Because Vanguard University is a regionally accredited institution, its partnership with Free Chapel College enables enrolled degree-seeking students to fund for their college experience using federal financial aid. To be eligible for such funding, the student must fill out an Application for Federal Student Aid, also known as a FAFSA and maintain 12 credit hours each semester.
Currently, Free Chapel College does not offer Financial Aid options for the Free Chapel Certificate Program or Summer Internship program.

While each school varies, most general classes will transfer in and out of Vanguard, contingent on acceptance.

Each student will select their top 3 tracks during the application process. Students will rotate between 4 tracks of their choice during their first year, with the ability to choose a focus track in their 2nd year.
Summer Interns will be assigned to either their first or second choice department.

Yes, housing is available at an additional cost for room and board. Our college dorms are conveniently located in Huntington Beach, CA, just 25 minutes away from our College Location and Church. Visit Student Life for more information.
